Adding your email lets you see your EGP and Skills group dates on the calendar.
Pick your EGP (and Skills if you know it) so the calendar and timetable show your sessions, and Add to calendar stays personal to you.
Leave Skills as None for now if you have not been told your group yet. You can set it later in Settings.
